Pavel V. Gusterin was born in 1972 in Kimry (Russia). He is a graduate of Tver State University (Historical department; 1994), the Institute of Asian and African Studies of Lomonosov Moscow State University (Arabic department; 2001) and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the RF (International Relations department; 2011).
