Basic knowledge of historical events is provided by history books in their original English version. However, basic questions of human existence can be easily explained with philosophical teachings, theories and insights from John Locke, Thomas Hobbes, Plato, Confucius and other well-known philosophers using our English-language philosophy books. Another branch of the humanities is psychology, which deals with human experience, behaviour and development. If you are looking for psychology books in English, take a look at our range.
