Miriam Nice worked for BBC Good Food 7 years and has presented many of their podcast series as well as writing a regular drinks column, and penning over 400 recipes. Miriam now writes her own blog and has written for Great British Chefs, Zlimm123, Jackie Magpie and Eat Me Magazine. She is the author of three cocktail books on the OH list, Spirited Away, Whiskey Kisses and Western Spirit. She lives in London.
