With over twenty years of experience in public service, Dr. Mohammed Hossain Sarker brings a deep understanding of policy, governance, and labour rights to both his professional and academic work. His commitment to integrating rigorous research with practical policy solutions led him to pursue a doctoral degree at the University of York, United Kingdom, where his research focused on the agency of migrant domestic workers in navigating power structures. He also holds a Master of Science in Public Policy from Meiji University in Tokyo and a Diploma in International Relations from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
