Présentation en anglais Luigi Ghirri was born at Scandiano (Reggio Emilia) January 5th, 1943. He started photography in 1970; his first exhibition is from 1973 at Modena, where he lives and works. He has exhibited his works in the whole world: Milan, Paris, Rome, Tokyo, New York, etc. both at personal exhibitions and participating in collective ones; his works are at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, la Bibliothèque Nationale in Paris, the Museum of Photography of Parma. Kodachrome is the emblematic title of a photographed universe and universe to be photographed, in which memories, strange or poetical, are mixed or await an interpretation in order to recognize the precise identity of man, of things, of life and the image of man, things, life. Piero Berengo Gardin was born in Venice, 13-12-1933. He lives and works in Rome. Graduated in Architecture. Photography, graphic and cinema activities from the nineteen fifties. Publicist of cinema, theatre and photography; photography gallery in Rome "Bottega dell'immagine". Pubblicista di cinema, teatro e fotografia; galleria fotografica "Bottega dell'immagine" a Roma. Regista televisivo: architettura, fotografia, arti figurative alla Radio Televisione Italiana dal 1969. Critica d'arte e fotografia per il Messaggero di Roma.
