Classroom disruptions and conflicts are a big part of everyday school life. How do teachers deal with them? With the help of selected case studies from everyday classroom life, approaches to action and intervention programmes are examined from different perspectives and put up for discussion. The results not only illustrate the complexity of pedagogical situations, but at the same time open up ways of understanding and mutual understanding in the school field.
