Hey, I'm Kira. I was born in 2006 and even though I'm not 18 yet, I have bounced from Germany to Malawi to Italy and back to Germany. I collected my trauma along the way but found writing as a weapon to wield against the experiences and feelings that stir inside my restless mind. In Malawi, I saw severe poverty, illness, and famine, which are imprinted in my way of thinking. For a long time I thought I wasn't worthy of help, because there are people out there starving to death. I was privileged enough to have accessible education and food on the table, as well as clean water. Eventually I realized that this inequity didn't detirmine my happiness. Aside from going to therapy, I love drawing, hanging out with my best friends, and dancing around with my dog. Additionally I have a mild obsession with Harry Styles. I'm still in recovery from seeing him live on tour. It'll take a minute.
