And even though they share vineyards, pastures, and labor as neighbors, they are still in direct competition with each other. For two years, they must prove that they can master the demanding tasks of wine and cheese production. Procuring the ingredients requires considerable skill, as workers are sent out in pairs to the plots in spring and brought back in autumn.
