Reading Champion Graphic readers is a new strand in the Reading Champion programme. Each story follows the adventures of a set of characters in exciting comic book form, perfect even for reluctant readers.

Jackie Walter has written and edited many books for children. She never gets tired of listening to and telling a good story. Jackie lives in Cornwall with her husband and young daughters. Valentina was born in 1980.
Since her childhood she has loved drawing with pencils and she is a cartoon lover with great interest
in arts and illustrations.
She loves trying new tools and new techniques.
