She holds dual Ph.D. degrees in Computer Engineering and Social Sciences and Education, as well as postgraduate specializations from Tufts University and MIT. A Senior Member of IEEE, she serves as Editor-in-Chief of IEEE-RITA and Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Education . Her research focuses on humancomputer interaction, intelligent tutoring systems, gamification, and AI in education. She has led numerous international projects and published extensively on digital culture and technology-enhanced learning.

Dr. Alfonso Infante-Moro is a Professor at the University of Huelva (Spain) and a member of the GITICE research group. His main research interests are information systems, ICT in business, tourism, and education. He has served as Vice-Dean for Internationalization and Director of the Virtual Education Unit.
