Uwe Hauser, geboren 1970 in Deutschland, blickt auf eine über 30-jährige internationale professionelle Laufbahn als Ingenieur und Führungskraft zurück. Fast zwei Jahrzehnte hat er in Asien gelebt und gearbeitet darunter Japan, Vietnam und China und hat internationale Teams in der Automobil- und Hausgeräteindustrie geführt. Durch seine Lebensabschnitte in vier Ländern sammelte er tiefgehende Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit global verteilten Entwicklerteams, in der Anpassung technologischer Lösungen an lokale Märkte und in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden unterschiedlichster kultureller Prägung. Neben seiner beruflichen Laufbahn ist Uwe Hauser auch privat international liiert er ist mit einer Vietnamesin verheiratet und ist Vater zweier Töchter.
