Archana Shulka is a senior director of product management at SAP. She has more than 19 years of experience and plays a key role in product strategy, product definition, and customer success of SAP Build Process Automation. She has led multiple strategic projects at SAP, and was instrumental in defining and executing content strategy working across different LoBs, partners, and customers. She also heads the product leadership forum of SAP Labs, India, where she is responsible for building programs to nurture future product managers, user experience designers, and product support teams.
