Firstly and foremost, I would like to thank almighty Allah (God) who created me and gave sound health throughout the research period. After graduation in agricultural engineering, Dr. Mohammad Gulzarul Aziz switched his academic interest to Food Technology. In April 2005, he was awarded Austrian Government Scholarship for Ph.D. research in Universiti of Bodenkultur, Austria on enzymatic production of quality juices. He publishes several articles in reputed journals on this area.
