Are we living in the end times--and are you exhausted by the question itself?

You're not alone. Ever since Jesus announced, "Behold, I am coming soon!"--every generation has expected a firework show. But with each round of apocalyptic speculation, believers have grown more anxious, confused, and disillusioned.

In The World Made Right, pastor Michael Rowntree walks us through every chapter of Revelation, dialing down the hype--and zeroing in on Jesus. If the Gospels reveal Christ's humiliation, no book displays His exaltation more clearly than Revelation. From the right hand of the Father, Jesus unveils God's plan for the end of the age and the beginning of a world made right.

This exalted vision of Jesus--enthroned, victorious, and near--is the heartbeat of The World Made Right. Rowntree blends personal stories with theological clarity, drawing more from Scripture and scholars than the latest headline. He aims less to win arguments than to restore confidence in God's inspiring solution to beastly governments, godless culture, human depravity--and the spiritual forces behind them. If you've been torched by end-times mania or left bewildered by John's imagination, this book endeavors not only to make sense of Revelation--but also, to make sense of our world.
