The two-volume set LNCS 4791 and LNCS 4792 constitute the refereed proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer-Assisted Intervention, MICCAI 2007, held in Brisbane, Australia, in October/November 2007. The program committee carefully selected 38 revised full papers and 199 revised poster papers from 637 submissions for presentation in two volumes, based on rigorous peer reviews.
