NICK CROWSON Reader in Contemporary British History at the University of Birmingham, UK. JAMES MCKAY Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Birmingham, UK. JEAN-FRANCOIS MOUHOT was a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Birmingham, UK, until May 2011.
