Against the backdrop of the unprecedented increase in the inherent risk potential of the current global economic environment, organizational resilience is a critical imperative for multinational corporations. Despite this acknowledgment, global crises, such as the COVID-19 pandemic and more recently the Russia-Ukraine war, have highlighted that many multinational companies are inadequately prepared for such extreme situations, revealing a significant research gap in the field of organizational resilience.
