Kathryn Wozniak is an Assistant Professor of Instructional Design and Technology at Concordia University Chicago. She is passionate about the design of digital learning experiences and environments for learners of all ages. She has published and presented on topics including learning technologies, social learning, meta-cognition, gamification and competence-based learning. In addition to her experience in higher education, Dr. Wozniak has extensive experience working with corporate and nonprofit clients. She teaches courses on human-computer interaction, multimedia design, and computer-supported collaborative learning. Daniel R. Tomal, Ph.D.is a Distinguished Professor of Leadership at Concordia University Chicago teaching research and leadership. He has authored over twenty five books, two hundred studies and articles. He is a former vice president, teacher, and consultant.
