This book provides a brief knowledge of synthesis and pharmaceutical importance of some chalcones, benzimidazole derivatives and indazoles. Chapter one of this book contains introduction and importance of indazoles. Synthetic aspects of chalcones and indazole derivatives by microwave induced method and conventional method are discussed in chapter two. Chapter three is about microwave assisted solvent free solid phase synthesis of 6-Benzimidazolyl-4-Ar-3-oxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-indazole and characterization of synthesized compounds. Chapter four includes screening of biological activities of 6-Benzimidazolyl-4-Ar-3-oxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-indazoles.
