Prof. Dr. Maren Müller ist Professorin an der DHBW Ravensburg sowie Mitglied der Geschäftsführung der Fachkommission Wirtschaft für die gesamte DHBW. Sie ist Gründerin der AthletenWerk GmbH und entwickelt seit mehr als 10 Jahren Reskilling-Programme für Spitzensportler. Sie leitet zudem an der St. Gallen Business School seit vielen Jahren Seminare mit Schwerpunkt Performance Management, insbesondere dazu, wie Hochleistungsteams entwickelt und geführt werden können. Prof. Dr. Hazel Gruenewald ist Professorin für Organisational Behaviour an der ESB Business School, Hochschule Reutlingen.
