This book aims to bring together a series of studies in Romanian commercial law that seek to interpret commercial regulations concerning commercial contracts, company management, the role of the company's profit within the company, the procedure for appointing the company's manager, and the manager's powers and limitations. The focus of this book is the company as the main actor in commercial life and, in particular, the company's executive body - the manager. As we already know, the company has three categories of bodies: deliberative, executive and supervisory. The company manager represents the category of legal persons who have the power to implement the decisions of the shareholders and to ensure the company's sound development. The manager's role in the company's well-being is fundamental; consequently, they must at least be familiar with the specific activities of traders and with commercial specifics and formalities. These studies contribute to company law by offering a comparative perspective on international regulations, with a particular focus on Romanian legislation.
