Bishop Chad MacDonald

Chad MacDonald did not learn spiritual warfare from a classroom. He learned it from the field - from miracle crusades in Haiti, Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, and across America, where the confrontation with demonic forces is not academic.

A graduate of Valor Christian College under the direction of Dr. Rod Parsley, MacDonald burns with the mandate to declare the saving, healing, and delivering power of Jesus Christ across America and around the world. He is the founder of Revival Fire World Ministries, an ordained bishop in the City Harvest Network, and the host of Voice of Revival TV and podcast - reaching more than 200K subscribers on YouTube.

His previous book, Casting Out Devils: A Handbook for Moving in the Supernatural Power of Deliverance, established him as a trusted voice on practical deliverance ministry. Defeating Darkness is the follow-up - a deeper, more comprehensive treatment of the spiritual warfare that most Christians sense but few understand.

He has served as adjunct professor for New Life Bible College and Norvel Hayes Ministries, bringing the same biblical rigor to the classroom that marks his crusade ministry. His podcast episodes on breaking generational curses, territorial spirits, and the authority of the believer have drawn tens of thousands of listeners hungry for teaching that goes beyond the surface.

Bishop MacDonald and his wife, Jen, are the parents of seven children and proud grandparents of three. They call Tennessee home.

Klappentext

Most believers know spiritual warfare exists. Almost none of them know how it actually works.

The church has spent decades making peace with a secular worldview that explains everything through cause and effect and nothing through the unseen realm. The result is a generation of Christians being attacked by forces they do not recognize, cannot name, and have no idea how to fight.

Chad MacDonald is done being polite about this.

Defeating Darkness is not an introduction to spiritual warfare. It is a comprehensive tactical manual - from the structure of the satanic hierarchy and the role of territorial spirits over cities and nations, to generational curses, witchcraft, divination, and demonic forces operating in the second heaven. MacDonald writes from the trenches of real deliverance ministry in Haiti, Africa, and across America. This is not a theory. It is intelligence gathered from the front lines.

Every chapter is grounded in Scripture. Every claim is documented. And every page pushes toward the same goal: equipping the believer to stop living like a victim and start operating with the authority of the believer that Jesus has already secured.

In this book, you will:

• Understand principalities and powers - what they are, how they operate, and why the church has been leaving them unchallenged
• Identify territorial spirits and generational curses affecting your family, city, and calling
• Use spiritual warfare prayers and prayers that rout demons with precision and authority
• Apply the armor of god not as a metaphor but as an actual battle strategy
• Engage in victory over the darkness through prayer, fasting, and the power of the Holy Spirit The battle is real. The stakes are eternal. And ignorance is no longer an option.
