About the Book Life on earth has been described as a form of pilgrimage (1 Peter 2:11, Hebrews 11:13) with eternity as man's final destination. In this One Thing Is Needful (One - TIN) Weekly Devotional Guide, the Lord will be opening our eyes to divine insights from His Word, capable of enriching our walk with Him throughout the year as well as providing answers to the questions on our minds and pointing us in the right path to take in order to experience a fulfilled life here on earth and to attain a glorious eternity when the journey is over. It is a weekly devotional guide because it will encourage us to spend a whole week prayerfully pondering the divine revelation caught in the course of our study until it sinks deep into our spirits and we naturally begin to daily walk in it. Jesus Christ commended Mary's choice of spending time listening to His Words according to Luke 10:39, and thereafter declared her choice as the 'one thing that is needful'. It is my prayer that as we give the Word of God the first place in our hearts every time and continually meditate on it as we daily go about our activities, His light and glory will overshadow us and all our endeavors in Jesus' Name. Be blessed as you read on.
