Liberty of London Tana Lawn was a natural choice for her projects, with its fine weave, delicate and inventive patterns, and its traditional English heritage. Alice's studio is in a light and airy barn conversion in the tranquil Cotswold hills. Rolls of linens and silks are stashed below the vintage cutting tables, whose previous life was in one of Liberty's regional department stores.
