While written with the developing group coaching supervisor in mind, the book embraces the collaborative nature of supervision and considers the supervisee perspective in every chapter. The context for this book is deliberately non-clinical; this is about group supervision which is intentionally designed to support coaches and leaders who work in an organisational context.

She has been a presenter on coaching supervision at global ICF/EMCC/Oxford Brookes Conferences, as well as ICF Chapters around the world. Lily is the co-founder and co-host of the Americas Coaching SuperVision Network.
