The Adventures of Poppy and Lord Tim: The First Summer

Poppy is an extraordinary young girl who loves spending time with her grandparents and Lord Ted, a truly magical teddy bear.

Following a school trip to the Tower of London, Poppy and Lord Ted hear that the crown jewels have been stolen and that warder, George Featherbottom, has been kidnapped. The hunt is on for Chief Inspector Pickles-Cunningham and his team to solve the crime of the century and to return the crown jewels to the Queen.

Unaware of the danger before her, Poppy soon finds herself entangled in the mystery and races to save the day.

T.M Jorden is a first-time children's author. The core life values are extremely important to the author, and are his passion behind writing the Adventures of Poppy and Lord Ted.

As a child he had a wonderful relationship with his grandparents and through them he learnt the important values of life. Now a grandfather himself, Tim hopes to spend more time with his grandchildren and teach them the same values he was taught through having fun and adventure as a family. The debut title, The Adventures of Poppy and Lord Ted: the First Summer embraces family fun and adventure underpinned by the core values of love, honesty, and respect.

Tim lives in Derbyshire with his partner Rachel and Lord Ted. When he isn't writing or spending time with his grandchildren, you will find him embracing life by travelling around the world on his own adventures with Rachel.
