Formerly a New York University faculty member, Dr. Thomas speaks to legal groups, industry organizations, and the media on equal employment opportunity and affirmative action compliance issues, internal equity in compensation, and employment discrimination litigation avoidance. She is the author of Statistical Analysis of Adverse Impact.
