The Tyranny of Time

The problem of too little time, says Robert Banks, is a real one. The notion of increased leisure time is a myth. From a distinctly Christian perspective, Banks explains how we can break out of the time prison at work and at church, as individuals and as families. Robert Banks is currently the Dean and Director of the Macquarie Christian Studies Institute, Ltd. , Australia. Prior to 1999, he served as the executive director of the DePree Leadership Center and Homer L. Goddard Professor of the Ministry of the Laity at Fuller Theological Seminary. His books include "Paul's Idea of Community" and "Redeeming the Routines".
