Usually, the term "consciousness" is associated with higher, cognitive performance. However, in the course of this dialogue the authors referred to by their chosen syntax and semantics, consciousness was assigned to in accordance with information-processing, as a principle of quantum physics. Everything, that exists in this world, that is all quantum objects, are in principle integrated into this process. Information, fluctuation and decoherence, entanglement and evolution included, have congruently been regarded as elementary. With these ingredients it is possible to produce a matter-containing reality in a 4-dimensional world. Consciousness is associated with something alive, imminently sensed by someones life-experience. There is however evidence in the geological history of our Earth that inorganic matter existed earlier than living matter. A metric-free vacuum as a non-local physical field (not belonging to the space-time) contains nothing except the information that is equivalent to energy or matter. If, from a quantum-theoretical point of view, a kind of spiritual interaction of all quantum objects with the metric-free vacuum is possible, then the question compulsorily arises, whether not non-organic matter must have consciousness, too.

Norbert Wrobel:Norbert Wrobel, in Berlin lebend, studierte Medizin und approbierte sich 1984 als Arzt. In einer breit angelegten universitären Grundausbildung an der FU Berlin spezialisierte er sich nachfolgend in den Bereichen Innere Medizin und Intensiv- und Notfallmedizin, später noch in der Altersmedizin, und ist seitdem in der stationären Krankenversorgung aktiv. Wegen des gesellschaftlichen Wandels, der immer mehr ältere Menschen hervorbringt, werden Mediziner konsekutiv mit neuen, unbekannten und komplexen Problemkonstellationen konfrontiert. Diese unterliegen allerdings bis heute einer veralteten mechanistisch-physikalischen Denkweise, die sich vor mehr als hundert Jahren entwickelt hat. Norbert Wrobel hat sich deshalb vorgenommen, sich von dieser Denkweise zu lösen, um zu erforschen, was tatsächlich "die Welt in ihrem Innersten zusammenhält".Klaus-Dieter Sedlacek:Der Naturwissenschaftler Dipl.-Math. Klaus-Dieter Sedlacek, Jahrgang 1948, lebt seit seiner Kindheit in Süddeutschland. Er studierte neben Mathematik und Informatik auch Physik. Nach dem Studienabschluss im Jahr 1975 und einigen Jahren Berufspraxis gründete er eine eigene Firma, die sich mit der Entwicklung von Anwendungssoftware beschäftigte. Diese führte er mehr als fünfundzwanzig Jahre lang. In seiner zweiten Lebenshälfte widmet er sich nun seinem privaten Forschungsvorhaben. Er hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, die Physik von Information, Bedeutung und Bewusstsein näher zu erforschen und einem breiteren Publikum zugänglich zu machen. Im Jahr 2008 veröffentlichte er ein aufsehenerregendes Sachbuch mit dem Titel Unsterbliches Bewusstsein Raumzeit-Phänomene, Beweise und Visionen. Er ist der Herausgeber der Reihe Wissenschaftliche Bibliothek.
