The writer, author is implying life experience and how you should of done something differently, or said what the heck. This writer has much love in him for someone he thought of as a sister but found you live and learn by taking chances, and if you are wrong it can be decisively bad but some good can become of it in the long run. This writer told the drug world goodbye in 1993, how many can do that and stay clean. The author wants you to enjoy yourself reading it, don't act it out, it's a once in a lifetime adventure.
