Furthermore, the book offers a comprehensive legal and regulatory analysis of modern slavery, referencing pertinent international and national legal instruments, with a particular focus on the 3P paradigm outlined in the United Nations Protocol to Prevent, Suppress, and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, commonly known as the Palermo Protocol. Each of the Ps-prevention, protection, and prosecution-will be addressed in dedicated chapters.
