He holds a master's degree in Tourism and Management, an M.Phil. in Tourism, and a doctorate (PhD) in Tourism, reflecting a strong and sustained commitment to academic excellence in the field.

With over 22 years of professional experience, Dr Tyagi has made significant contributions across the domains of industry engagement, higher education, professional training, and consultancy. His areas of specialization include destination management, travel processes, sustainable and regenerative tourism, and emerging disruptive technologies. A core member of the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, he specializes in AI-driven security, digital forensics, and cybercrime investigation. Recognized among the World's Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University and Elsevier (2024), Dr Kaushik has authored 200+ publications, including 35+ SCI/SCIE/Scopus journal articles and 80+ Scopus-indexed conference papers, along with 40+ books and 30 book chapters. He holds multiple patents and copyrights.
