Henry Edison is a senior lecturer in software engineering at Blekinge Tekniska Högskola (BTH), Karlskrona, Sweden. His research interests include empirical software engineering in the area of software product innovation, software startups, agility and human factors in software engineering.

Xiaofeng Wang is an associate professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, Italy. Her main research areas include software startups, agile and lean software development and innovation, and human factors in software engineering as well as software startup education.
