Volume 4 addresses one part (§§ 102111 StPO) of the provisions on investigative measures in criminal procedure, provisional disqualification from driving (§ 111a StPO), and the provisions on seizure to secure confiscation (73 ff. StGB) within the scope of asset seizure and forfeiture to secure confiscation (§§ 111b to 111j StPO), as well as provisions on enforcing such investigative measures (§§ 111k to 111q StPO).
