The Staub HGB offers one of the most extensive and complete presentations of commercial law. Volume 11 explains investment banking in a broad sense, including its European and international dimensions. The commentary and some presentations of individual laws are structured according to the parts that primarily affect bank organization, relationships with individual customers, or markets in general.
