Today, corporate law is European for large companies. This presentation uses a range of different sources to bring together all of its realities the European Union with its single market, harmonization, supranational forms, and national variants; the organization and constitution of companies and capital markets and their financing; legal design and economics; literature and case law throughout Europe.
