The non-profit public company (gAG) is the least known legal entity type in Germany, even though it has wide potential for the implementation of charitable purposes. In particular, this legal entity type can have a considerable influence on the factors of participation, professionalization, transparency, and fundraising. This study fills a research gap and provides creative professionals with guidance implementing a gAG.
