This volume provides an extensive commentary on the matrimonial provisions of the new Brussels Ilb Regulation (2019/1111), which takes effect on August 1, 2022. It helpfully deals with aspects of procedure. Moreover, it provides up-to-date commentary on the national provisions on responsibility and acknowledgment in §§ 97, 98, 103, 106110 FamFG, which still apply in relation to third states and Denmark.
