The main aim of this anthology is to make people think. It provides food for thought on the ways in which fictional literature can be used to address central issues of social work, for professional self-reflection and in the context of biographical work. Ten students set out in short stories to search for possibilities for a successful life. The texts are framed by academic reflections on the use of fiction in the study of social work and a final classification and appraisal.
