This work presents the theory of legal acts, which is a cornerstone of the general section of the German Civil Code. This subject is taught starting in the 1 st semester and, better than any other material, serves as an introduction to the system and terminology of the German Civil Code (BGB). Part 1 presents the theory of legal acts, and Part 2 examines the theory using the methodology of case processing (Fallbearbeitung).
