The Draft Common Frame of Reference (DCFR) is an attempt to develop model rules for a Common European Private Law. Dennis Walczak compares the rules of the DCFR with the rules of the BGB (German Civil Code) in the field of the transfer of corporeal movable property. He evaluates the rules of the DCFR and draws conclusions for the present BGB.
