Roxin's book is the most comprehensive monograph on the boundary between perpetration and participation in German criminal law. In addition to the main portion of the book, which has not been changed, the new edition adds an extensively revised and expanded Concluding Section 2015, which thoroughly documents and critically analyzes judicial precedents from recent decades related to the doctrine of perpetration.
