The new 2022 edition provides a systematic analysis of important recent decisions on international children's law (including adoption law) as well as the Protection of Adults Convention. For example, there are contradictory decisions relating to the question of whether the same-sex partner of a woman who has given birth to a child using a sperm donor can acknowledge paternity after gender reassignment.
