The guide's commentary is grounded in a firm understanding of legal issues, yet is also practical in its orientation. Written by respected legal scholars, the guide takes into account the significant reforms to the UWG that were instituted in recent years, particularly in 2004 and 2008. The guide also addresses recent judicial decisions, contributions to the literature on the UWB, as well as developments in European law.
