The sixth edition of the Staub commentary on the German Commercial Code commenced in 2021 and will comprise seventeen volumes. With its commentary on §§ 105160 of the German Commercial Code (HGB), it encompasses all provisions on general partnership. It also duly considers the substantial changes brought about by the Act on the Modernization of Partnership Law (MoPeG).
