A proposal to incorporate the concept of structural injustice in the standard toolbox of the legal reformer. Structural Injustice and the Law presents theoretical approaches and case studies demonstrating how the concept of structural injustice can aid legal analysis, and how legal reform can reduce, or even eliminate, some forms of structural injustice.
