It's All about You! provides a road map to a higher self, one that offers health, happiness, and love. This guide is based on knowledge gleaned by Debra Stoltz, HC, AADP, from her own journey of self-fulfillment. The first step on this journey is to remove the external masks you wear in order to know and assume responsibility for yourself.

As part of her approach, Stoltz draws heavily upon the tools she acquired as she learned to go inward and connect with her higher self to live a life based on love. She offers these tools, along with personal insights, affirmations, and meditations, to help you be more physically, emotionally, and spiritually actualized.

The greatest obstacle to achieving awareness of divine love is ego, and your ego will go to any lengths to impede your goal of personal growth. A daily meditation practice will quiet down the loud Ego voice of lies enabling you to connect with your inner guidance system of truth. Gradually, as your perception (your inner thoughts and belief systems) changes, your projection (the way you perceive the world) will too. If you follow the steps Stoltz provides, you can realize your true self.
