Self-Regulation and Legalization

Departing from an International Relations perspective, this book inquires how industry self-regulation affects the role of international law in governing global banks. It provides case studies of the Wolfsberg Principles and the Equator Principles.

Auteur

Annegret Flohr is Research Fellow at the Peace Research Institute Frankfurt, Germany. She specialises in the role of banks and extractive industries in international politics. Her recent publications include The Role of Business in Global Governance (co-authored with Lothar Rieth, Sandra Schwindenhammer and Klaus Dieter Wolf).
