Im Rahmen der MTV-Unplugged-Konzertreihe spielten a-ha im norwegischen Giske, zur Sommersonnenwende im Juni 2017 eine Auswahl größten Songs in komplett neuen Arrangements.
Die Aufzeichnung von insgesamt 17 Titeln enthält zwei Uraufführungen neuer Songs sowie zwei Coverversionen. a-ha und ihre Begleitband spielten ausschließlich auf akustischen Vintage-Instrumenten.

Mit dabei sind vier prominente Gastsänger die mit Morten Harket im Duett singen.
Mit großer Geste wurde Ian McCulloch, der Sänger und Kopf von Echo & The Bunnymen, von a-ha auf der Bühne begrüßt. Gemeinsam singen sie die Songs "Scoundrel Days" sowie Echo & The Bunnymens Hit "The Killing Moon".
Die Yazoo-Sängerin Alison Moyet und Morten performen gemeinsam "Summer Moved On".
Ingrid Helene Håvik von Highasakite ist die Duettpartnerin bei "The Sun Always Shines on TV".
Und last, but not least interpretiert die amerikanische Sängerin Lissie gemeinsam mit Morten "I've Been Losing You".
