Viktor O. Ledenyov and Dimitri O. Ledenyov graduated from Department of Radio-Physics and Electronics at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in Kharkiv, Ukraine in 1988 - 1993 and 1994 - 1999. Dimitri obtained a Ph. D degree in the Electrical Computer Engineering from the James Cook University in Townsville, Queensland, Australia in 2019.
